About Us

Carpinteria Beautiful is an all-volunteer, grass roots organization formed in 1992 to promote beauty in the community and to encourage civic pride through education and good example.

Every Carpinteria Beautiful project begins with a good idea and someone’s willingness to see it through. The group welcomes new ideas and can provide help (volunteers, funding, moral support) for new endeavors. If you have a suggestion for a project, a willingness to volunteer, or you simply share our passion for keeping Carpinteria beautiful, come along with us. Meetings are open to all, just walk in!

Meetings are held the second Saturday of each month, September through June at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 5775 Carpinteria Avenue. (One exception is the April meeting, which is held the first Saturday of the month: same time, same location.)Come volunteer with us!
